got me thinking, why doesn't Argentina rename a city or town down there Dakar?
Otherwise, they should just change the name or move back to Africa.

Can't move back to Africa because terrorists. Don't want to rename because it's effectively a brand at this point. It would be akin to changing the name of Coca-Cola because it no longer contains coca (that's an exaggeration but it's along the same vein).
